In order to be placed on oiur delivery schedule the intial deposit must be paid and contract must be signed.
- Rentals will only be delivered up to 50ft from the delivery vehicle. Anything further may be subject to an additional charge or delivered curbside only.
- There must be a clear path of at least 3ft wide for our team to place your rentals in your desired location.- Animals must be put away prior to our teams arrival for delivery
- Please inform a representative if your delivery location has stairs, hills, gravel, dirt or elevators. Additional fees will apply if rentals need to be delivered thru any of these obstacles.
- If rentals are going to be setup or dropped off on grass customer must turn off sprinklers and remove all pet waste prior to our teams arrival.
- Items can not be left in the rain. Any equipment that is wet upon pickup may be subject to cleaning and/or damage fees.
- Your driver will contact you before they arrive for delivery via text or phone call. Please answer as they may need help with directions.
- An adult will need to be there for delivery. If no one is at the property when the driver arrives the driver may only wait for 10 minutes before they must continue with their route. If the driver needs to come back to re-deliver you will be subject to an additional delivery fee.
All rentals are final once they have been delivered and no credit will apply if you no longer need the rentals

3. Torrential downpour (all day)
4. Excessive Wind (15 MPH or above)
5. Other acts of God

If it rains for a short period of time (30 mins or so) No refund will be issued. However we can issue a raincheck thats good for up to 1 year or reschedule for the next available day and time.

Rental rates do not include Setup and Breakdown labor charges. If you require setup service please call our office.
We offer delivery services to residential addresses and designated venues, but please note that direct delivery to the beach is not available
An after-hours fee, with a minimum charge of $300, will be applied to all rental orders requiring pickup between 6:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
Orders must be placed at least 2 weeks before the event date.to ensure availably of rental items or special order requests
We accept all major credit / debit cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. We do accept some checks. Contact us if you need to pay with a check.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refundable within 48 hours of booking. If you need to cancel after the 48 hour period we will issue you a rain check thats good for up to 1 year from the cancellation date. If the event is canceled 3 days or more prior to delivery date and the order is paid in full, the full amount (minus the deposit) will refunded. If you cancel 2 days or less before the event date you have the option to reschedule or accept a raincheck. The raincheck is valid for up to 1 year from the cancellation date. ***No refund will be issued.***
When placing an order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due. Your deposit and balance may be paid with a credit card, debit card or cash
